Clay Tile Roof Restoration & Recoat

This clay tile roof had extensive lichen, moss, and biological growth covering the majority of the tile surface, with significant weathering and color loss throughout.

The restoration involved a full high-pressure soft wash treatment and application of a biocidal wash to eliminate organic growth at the root level.

Repointing of the ridge capping was completed before a two-coat terracotta roof membrane recoat was applied across the entire surface.

The result brought the roof back to a vibrant, uniform finish with improved water-shedding performance and an extended service life of 10–15 years.

We couldn't believe it was the same roof. The crew was thorough, tidy, and the finished color is even better than when the house was built. Absolutely worth every cent.

Residential Asphalt Shingle Full Replacement

This two-story colonial-style home came to us with a roof that had well exceeded its service life.

Drone inspection revealed widespread algae and moss staining, granule loss across all major field sections, and compromised flashing at the chimney and valley intersections. The original shingles had been in place for over 22 years.

We completed a full tear-off and replacement, installing Owens Corning Duration shingles in Pewter Blend with new copper step flashing, pipe jack boots, and ridge cap throughout.

The result was a dramatic transformation — restoring both curb appeal and full weather protection for the homeowners.

Ernie did a roof replacement for my home and I am very satisfied with his work. He also handled the insurance claim and assited in completing the paper work. I would definitely recommend him to others.

Commercial Flat Roof Coating — Restaurant & Bar

This commercial flat roof on a busy restaurant and bar was showing significant weathering, membrane discoloration, and early signs of seam stress across the full rooftop surface.

Multiple HVAC units and penetrations required careful detailing and resealing prior to any coating work beginning.

The project involved a full roof inspection, pressure washing, seam reinforcement with polyester fabric tape, and flashing repairs around all curb penetrations.

A two-coat silicone reflective roof coating system was then applied, delivering superior UV resistance and dramatically reducing rooftop heat absorption.

The completed roof is expected to extend service life by 15–20 years while reducing the building's cooling energy costs.

As a restaurant owner, minimizing downtime was critical and these guys delivered. They worked around our operating hours, kept the site clean, and the roof has been completely problem-free since. I wish we'd done it sooner.

Gutter Cleaning & Exterior Flush — Washington Park

A heavily clogged gutter system on a mature-tree property in Washington Park was cleared of accumulated leaves, pine needles, and organic debris. Exterior fascia streaking was addressed and the full gutter run was flushed through to confirm unrestricted downspout flow.

The homeowner had not had the gutters serviced in over two years, resulting in visible overflow staining on the fascia board. Post-clean inspection confirmed no damage to the gutter hangers or sealant joints.

I'd been putting off getting the gutters cleaned for way too long — you could actually see leaves piling up from the street. The Homericly crew showed up on time, got straight to work, and by the time they left everything was spotless. They even pointed out a small area of fascia staining I hadn't noticed and explained what caused it. No upsell pressure, just honest information. Pricing was fair and exactly what I was quoted. I've already booked them for a full roof inspection in the spring.

Luxury Estate Full Asphalt Shingle Replacement

This large estate home with an attached multi-wing layout and pool presented a complex, multi-plane roofing challenge.

The existing asphalt shingles had reached end of life, showing widespread granule loss, surface cracking, and dark streaking from algae growth across all roof sections.

The scope included full tear-off of the existing shingle layers, inspection and replacement of damaged decking, installation of high-performance synthetic underlayment, new lead flashing around all chimney penetrations, and a full install of architectural laminate shingles in Charcoal.

The existing copper-clad dormers were retained and resealed. The completed roof ties together seamlessly across all wings of the home and carries a 50-year manufacturer warranty.

With a roof this size and this many angles, I was nervous about the whole process. The team mapped everything out before they started, kept us updated daily, and the result is flawless. The whole estate looks like a new build from the street.

Industrial Warehouse Metal Roof Restoration Coating — Rail Corridor Facility

This long-span warehouse building in Denver's industrial rail corridor had a corrugated metal roof that had been losing its battle with the elements for years.

Heavy surface oxidation, failing seam sealants, and active rust progression across the panel field had left the building vulnerable to leaks and accelerating structural deterioration.

A full tear-off wasn't warranted — the underlying panel structure was still sound — but doing nothing wasn't an option either. We specified a fluid-applied silicone restoration coating system, restoring full weatherproofing performance over the existing metal panels without the cost, waste, or disruption of a complete replacement.

All seams and laps were reinforced with polyester fabric and base coat before the full silicone topcoat was applied across the entire roof field. Turbine vent bases, pipe penetrations, and perimeter edges were all individually detailed and sealed before the final coat was rolled.

The finished bright white surface also delivers meaningful energy savings by dramatically reducing solar heat gain through the metal roof into the warehouse space below.

Ernie is a super nice guy! Had an affordable price out of the estimates I collected & got the job done on a good day for me. My gutters were clogged solid, they sent pictures when they were done of them all cleaned out and I wouldn’t even had known they were here….They cleaned everything up perfectly on the ground (my patio)!

Gutter Replacement & Full Clean — Stapleton

The existing gutters on this single-storey property in Stapleton had reached end of life — heavily clogged with decomposed leaf matter, pine needles, and compacted debris, with visible sagging along two runs from hanger failure. Rather than a clean-only service, the homeowner opted for a full gutter replacement.

New white seamless aluminum gutters were fabricated on-site and installed with hidden hanger hardware at 24-inch spacing, ensuring proper pitch toward the downspouts.

Existing asphalt shingles were inspected during the process and found to be in good condition with no edge damage or granule loss at the drip edge. All debris was bagged and removed from site.

Our gutters were an embarrassment — overflowing every time it rained and visibly pulling away from the roofline in one corner. Homericly came out for the estimate, didn't try to talk us into anything we didn't need, and gave us a straight comparison between a clean and a full replacement. Given the age of the gutters we went with the replacement and I'm glad we did. The crew was done in a single day, cleaned up completely, and the gutters look like they belong on the house. Already recommended them to two neighbours.

Concrete Barrel Tile Roof Restoration & Lichen Treatment

This well-appointed home came to us with a concrete barrel tile roof that hadn't been touched in well over a decade.

The lichen and moss coverage was among the most extensive our team had seen on a residential property — thick colonies had established themselves across virtually every tile, accelerating surface erosion and trapping moisture against the tile faces with every rain cycle.

Left untreated, the biological growth would have begun cracking tiles from beneath and compromising the underlayment within a few seasons. Rather than pursue a full tile replacement, we recommended a full restoration approach.

Our crew performed a controlled low-pressure biocidal wash to kill and lift all lichen and moss growth without damaging the tile surface, followed by a thorough inspection of all cracked or displaced tiles. Broken tiles were sourced and replaced before the entire roof received two coats of a breathable elastomeric restoration coating.

The result extended the roof's serviceable life by an estimated 15 years and restored curb appeal that had been lost to years of biological staining.

Ernie is an absolute wealth of knowledge, pragmatic advice and technical expertise. I could not recommend a service provide with more integrity and honesty; a breathe of fresh air in the modern world from a homeowner's perspective.

Cedar Shake Replacement — Golf Club Pavilion

This charming brick pavilion on the grounds of a private golf club had been topped with cedar wood shake shingles for decades — and it showed.

By the time we were called in, the shakes had gone well beyond their serviceable life: severe curling, splitting, and dark organic staining had set in across the entire roof, and the underlying felt had begun to fail in multiple locations.

The character of the building deserved a replacement that honoured its aesthetic while delivering modern performance. We installed GAF Timberline HDZ architectural shingles in Barkwood — a rich, variegated brown tone that closely mirrors the warmth of the original cedar while providing Class A fire resistance, enhanced wind ratings, and a 30-year manufacturer warranty.

New synthetic underlayment, drip edge, and ridge cap were installed throughout. The finished roof gave the pavilion a fresh, dignified look that turned heads on opening day of the season.

We were nervous about losing the character of the pavilion — it's been a landmark on this property for forty years. The color and texture they recommended was spot on, and our members were genuinely complimenting the roof on opening weekend. That doesn't happen often.

Commercial Flat Roof TPO Membrane Replacement — Auto Service Center

This high-traffic auto service facility came to us with a failing flat roof that had been patched repeatedly over the years without ever fully addressing the underlying membrane failure.

Drone inspection confirmed widespread ponding water damage, seam separations, and UV-degraded membrane across the entire multi-bay roof system. Continued patching was no longer a viable option — the roof had simply reached the end of its serviceable life.

We completed a full tear-off of the existing built-up roofing system and installed a new 60-mil TPO single-ply membrane across all roof sections. Tapered insulation was added to improve drainage slope and eliminate future ponding.

New HVAC curb flashings, perimeter edge metal, and penetration seals were installed throughout. The finished roof delivered an immediate and dramatic improvement in reflectivity, energy efficiency, and leak resistance — keeping the service bays dry and the business running without interruption.

We've had roofing issues at this location for years and gone through two other contractors who just kept patching the same problems. This team came in, gave us a straight assessment, and had the whole thing done without us losing a single day of business. First time in years we've made it through a rainstorm without a bucket on the shop floor.

Large-Scale Commercial EPDM Flat Roof Replacement — Retail Strip Building

This large single-story commercial building on a busy downtown corridor had been dealing with chronic leak issues traced to a failing built-up roofing system that had outlived its design life by several years.

With multiple HVAC units and complex penetration points across the roof field, the membrane had become impossible to maintain through spot repairs.

We performed a complete tear-off down to the structural concrete deck, allowing our team to assess and document deck condition before any new materials were applied.

The deck was cleaned, primed, and prepared before a fully adhered 60-mil EPDM rubber membrane was installed across all three roof sections. Each of the fourteen HVAC curb flashings was carefully integrated into the new membrane system with reinforced flashing details.

New perimeter edge metal was installed throughout. The project was completed in winter conditions with full crew coordination to minimise business disruption and maintain weathertight conditions throughout the install sequence.

A job this size in winter could have been a disaster — delays, weather holds, the works. These guys managed the whole thing professionally start to finish and hit every milestone they committed to. Our tenants didn't miss a day and the roof has been bone dry ever since.

Tudor Revival Architectural Shingle Replacement — Historic Residence

Few projects test a roofing crew quite like a Tudor Revival home. Between the steep pitch, the multi-plane geometry, the central gable with decorative timber framing, and the three front-facing dormers, this was a roof that demanded precision at every step.

The existing shingles had reached the end of their life — widespread algae staining, accelerated granule loss, and compromised flashing at the chimney and all dormer intersections told the full story.

The homeowners wanted a result that honored the architectural character of the home rather than simply replacing like for like. We recommended Owens Corning Duration shingles in Chateau Green — a deep blue-charcoal tone with natural slate-like variation that speaks directly to the Tudor aesthetic.

Full tear-off was completed across all roof planes, new ice and water shield was installed at all eaves, valleys, and dormer bases, and all chimney and dormer step flashings were rebuilt from scratch in copper.

The finished result stopped neighbors in their tracks on the first sunny day after completion.

This house has a lot of personality and we needed a contractor who understood that — not just someone who'd slap on whatever was cheapest. They took the time to find the right product, the copper flashing details are immaculate, and the roof looks like it was always meant to be this color. Absolute craftsmen.

Emergency Repair Residential

Emergency Roof Replacement — Active Leak, Hilltop

This hip-roof property in Hilltop was referred to us as an emergency call-out after the homeowner reported active interior leaking during a rain event.

On inspection, the existing asphalt shingle system was found to be well past serviceable life — widespread algae and moss colonization had compromised the shingle surface, granule loss was extensive across the main field, and biological staining indicated prolonged moisture retention that had begun to saturate the underlying decking.

Two sections of the deck had softened to the point of requiring full panel replacement before any new system could be installed. Given the extent of the deterioration, a full tear-off and replacement was the only viable path forward.

New GAF Timberline HDZ shingles in Pewter Gray were installed over a synthetic underlayment, with all penetrations re-flashed, valleys sealed with ice and water shield, and all pipe boots replaced. Interior leaking was resolved completely. The homeowner was kept informed at every stage, including when the deck damage was uncovered mid-project.

We had water coming through the ceiling during a rainstorm on a Friday night and I honestly didn't know who to call. Homericly picked up, had someone out the next morning, and were completely straight with us — the roof was gone, there was no patching it. They got us scheduled within days and started work immediately. Midway through they found rotted decking underneath and showed me before doing anything, which I respected. Three days later the leak was gone and we had a brand new roof. The whole experience was about as stress-free as something like this can be. These are the people you want when things go wrong.

Storm Damage Residential

Storm Damage Roof Replacement — Green Valley Ranch

Following a severe wind event that moved through the Denver metro, this Green Valley Ranch property sustained catastrophic shingle loss across the majority of its main roof plane. Aerial inspection revealed large contiguous sections of shingles stripped entirely from the deck, exposing raw OSB across multiple valleys and field areas — including a significant run along the primary ridge.

Shingle debris was found scattered across the driveway and neighbouring properties. Emergency roof tarping was deployed within hours of the initial call to prevent interior water intrusion while the insurance claim was processed.

Homericly assisted the homeowner through the full claims documentation process, providing inspection photographs, a written damage assessment, and adjuster liaison support.

Once the claim was approved, a full tear-off and replacement was completed using Owens Corning Duration shingles in Estate Gray, matching the original profile. All valleys were re-flashed, ridge caps replaced, and penetrations resealed. The property was restored to full weather-tight condition within the project window.

I woke up the morning after the storm and half my roof was just gone. Shingles in the driveway, shingles in the neighbour's yard — it was bad. I called Homericly at 7am and they had someone out by mid-morning with a tarp to stop any water getting in. From there they handled basically everything — the photos, the damage report, talking to the insurance adjuster. I didn't have to figure any of it out on my own, which was a huge relief because I'd never dealt with anything like this before. The replacement crew was fast, professional, and left the site spotless each day. The roof looks better than it did before the storm. I genuinely can't fault a single thing about how this was handled.
